Here's a sposor update of the most popular track on F1 calendar.

Circuit de Spa - Francorchamps is the famous Belgian circuit, venue for the traditional Grand Prix of Belgium and 24 hours Spa, endurance race. It is one of the toughest circuits on the world, mainly due to its fast, hilly and twisted nature. It also contains one of the most famous and most dangerous corners on the world, the famous Eau Rouge corner. Spa is a favorite circuit of many racing drivers and spectators of Formula 1.

Old 15 kilometers triangular circuit, which took place on public roads between the villages of Francorchamps, Malmedy and Stavelot, is no longer in use, only a small part of the old has passed a part of the new 6.9 kilometer racetrack. New track was built because of the high safety standards required by Formula 1. It is very rare that a race on this track is boring, oftentimes it is enriched by the weather. Since inception, the place has been famous for its unpredictable weather. Frequently drivers are confronted with one part of the course being clear and bright while another stretch is rainy and slippery. Due to new stricter tobacco laws the race was dropped from the 2006 season Formula 1 calendar, but it was already back for the 2007 season.

TATA Jaguar

Fantasy replacement for Marussia Team - Tata Jaguar. Converted over from Hanmers 2D design concept for the Jaguar. Hanmer Designs can be found here.

Jaguar Racing was a Formula One team that competed in the FIA Formula One World Championship from 2000 to 2004. It was formed from the purchase by Ford of Jackie Stewart's Stewart Grand Prix Formula One team in June 1999. Ford renamed the team Jaguar Racing as part of its global marketing operations to promote their Jaguar premium car company. Despite this branding, they continued to use Ford-Cosworth engines in the cars, no Jaguar engineering was involved. During the years of Ford's ownership, the team was unable to revive its performances of 1999.

2004 saw a stabilisation of results, but the team was unable to challenge for points on a consistent basis. Jaguar's Formula One parent company, Ford, issued a polite ultimatum as part of a reduction in sport involvement internationally. In particular, because Jaguar did not advertise the core Ford brand, there was little return of value from the enormous amount of money invested, so funding was reduced from Ford itself. Ford chose to sell the operation near the end of 2004 despite a more consistent showing in its previous two years. In mid-November 2004, energy drink company Red Bull confirmed that they had purchased the Jaguar Formula One team from Ford as an ongoing outfit. The new team, named Red Bull Racing, used the chassis and engine that would have been Jaguar's 2005 Formula 1 challenger for its first season.The Jaguar R5 being driven by Mark Webber in 2004 - the team's last season in F1.

Ironically, in Jaguar's final season, the team received the most publicity when two of the team's mechanics, having won an inflatable donkey from the movie Shrek from a give-away on a fizzy drink can, photographed it around the paddock at several races and set up a website for the pictures. After the 2004 Brazilian Grand Prix, Bernie Ecclestone, Max Mosley, much of the sport's management, and every driver except Michael Schumacher signed the donkey, and the mechanics announced their intention to auction it on eBay and donate the proceeds to charity. For the 2004 Monaco Grand Prix, Jaguar's cars were fitted with newly designed nose cones to promote the film Ocean's Twelve. Steinmetz Group diamonds worth in excess of $250,000 USD were attached to the nose of each car, one of which allegedly went missing after Christian Klien's first lap crash.  <<source>>

Orange Arrows Bridgestone&Pirelli Version

Replacement for Force India Team. Two versions to choose Orange Arrows Bridgestone version for anyone using Bridgestone tyres in game and Orange Arrows Pirelli version. Thanks to ML2166 for this beautiful job.

The Arrows Formula 1 team was established in November 1977 by a breakaway group of personnel from Don Nichols's Shadow team and some of their associates. The five founding members were Italian financier Franco Ambrosio , Alan Rees, Jackie Oliver, Dave Wass and Tony Southgate.The team set up in headquarters at Milton Keynes and built the first Arrows F1 car in just 53 days. Arrows signed up Riccardo Patrese (also from Shadow) and Varig sponsorship was found for the car in Brazil where it finished tenth. Rolf Stommelen joined the team in South Africa, bringing Warsteiner beer money. Patrese led the race until his engine blew but he went on to score Arrows's first points at Long Beach in it's third race.

Ambrosio soon disappeared from the team, being jailed for financial irregularities in Italy. And there was further trouble when Shadow sued for copyright infringement, claiming that the Arrows FA/1 was a straight copy of the Shadow DN9. While the case was going on Patrese finished second at the Swedish GP. The team, knowing that it would lose the case and not be able to race the FA/1, decided to build a new car called the A1. This was completed in 52 days and appeared the day after the High Court in London banned the team from racing the FA/1.

For 2000 Walkinshaw managed to find backing from the Orange mobile telephone company and with Egbahl Hamidy designing and Supertec engines the team showed well in 2000 with Jos Verstappen and Pedro de la Rosa driving. A switch to Asiatech V10s in 2001 and the loss of a lot staff left the team rather weaker in 2001 when Walkinshaw decided to replace de la Rosa with F1 debutant Enrique Bernoldi.

The team struggled through the season and Verstappen scored the team's only point in Austria. For 2002 Walkinshaw did a deal to use Cosworth V10 engines and retained Bernoldi (with support from Red Bull) but dropped Verstappen in favour of Heinz-Harald Frentzen who became available when Prost Grand Prix closed down. The team ran out of money in the midseason and failed to appear at all the races at the end of the year. As a result it went into liquidation at the end of the season.  <<source>>

Fantasy replacement for Mclaren Team - Body Glove McLaren Beach Bum. Just for a little bit of fun.

Body Glove is a major surf, skateboard watersports brand started in the United States. Body Glove was founded in 1953 by twin brothers Bill and Bob Meistrell. The brothers invented the very first practical wetsuit in the early 1950s in the back of their Redondo Beach, California surf shop, Dive N' Surf. From those wetsuits Body Glove began to branch out into other product categories, they now make: wetsuits, swimsuits, clothing, shoes, life vests, sunglasses, wakeboards, towables, backpacks, phone cases, and snorkeling equipment. S.Vettel 2013 German GP Helmet

Here's a Sebastian Vettel's 2013 German Grand Prix helmet. Home Run 2013 Helmet: The German national colors - Black, Red, Gold - form the basis for Sebastian Vettel's helmet for his home race.

Sebastian Vettel claimed his first ever win at his home German GP after withstanding race-long pressure in a tense, and at times chaotic, race at the Nurburgring. Arai GP-6 RC user Vettel fended off the advances of Lotus to stretch his World Championship lead back to in excess of a full race victory just seven days on from his shock first retirement of the season at Silverstone.

But although he immediately seized the race lead from polesitter Lewis Hamilton at the start -whose hopes of a maiden Mercedes win soon plummeted again as he finished fifth - Vettel’s route to his 30th career victory and fourth of the season was however anything but straightforward.

“It’s unbelievable. I’m very, very happy,” said Vettel. “Kimi was pushing us very hard at the end with different compounds, but we had a very solid race and I was pushing on every single lap except for those behind the Safety Car. It’s incredible to win my home race.”  <<source>>

Mercedes AMG have launched their 2013 contender, named the F1 W04. The car is set to wash away the disappointing seasons that Mercedes has endured so far in Formula One, hence the new car is a fairly simple car, but one that the team aims to get really working on every track.

DESCRIPTION

• Added movement to rear view on all camera, including the replay and spectate cams.
• Added movement on all the camera on (mounted)
• 2 Cockpit cams using the (mounted) prefix so to enable side movement.
• As you turn your pushed sideways slightly, as you excel your nose lifts as you break nose dips, its the same subtle setting from my other cams but slightly improved upon.
• Edited movement on pod view.
• All so added new view for online spectate.

Never before seen camera added that follows the contours of the track to give an improved tire grip effect, with gear change jerk effect.

Be sure to set rear view as rear view and NOT look back or you will be looking through the car body.

• Added new cam for pod view using the new ground effect camera it allso has 2 rear views.
• There are 2 almost identical pod views but using different movements effects.
• Added new chase camera 
• Added side pod view and lowered amount of dip under breaking on centre pod and offset pod view.
• Also softened suspension on them 2 views to give more movement over bumpy surfaces.

Here's a new fantasy replacement, now for Force India F1 team.

History of Force India F1 Team

Sahara Force India Formula One Team, the trading name of Force India Formula One Team Limited, is a Formula One racing team based in Silverstone, United Kingdom which currently holds an Indian licence. The team was formed in October 2007 when a consortium led by Indian businessman Vijay Mallya and Michiel Mol bought the Spyker F1 team for € 90 million.

Force India F1 represents increased Indian participation within Formula One, with Greater Noida having hosted the first Indian Grand Prix in 2011. The Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile confirmed the change in name from Spyker to Force India on 24 October 2007.

After going through 29 races without scoring points, Force India won their first Formula One world championship points and podium place when Giancarlo Fisichella finished second in the 2009 Belgian Grand Prix, Force India scored points again in the following race when Adrian Sutil finished fourth, and set the team's first fastest lap, at the Italian Grand Prix. Its best championship result was 6th in 2011.

In October 2011, Indian company Sahara India Pariwar, purchased 42.5% of Force India F1's shares at US$ 100 million.

2013 season

The 2013 line-up featured Paul di Resta for the third successive year. The season also witnessed Adrian Sutil returning back to the team line-up, replacing Nico Hülkenberg as the team's Second Driver. The team's new car, the VJM06 was launched on 1 February 2013 at the team's base near the Silverstone Circuit. <<source>>
