Kevin Magnussen's 2014 F1 helmet skin mod for F1 2013 ™ by Codemasters is ready for you to download. Magnussen's new 2014 helmet is painted in red, silver and white colors.  With letter »K« for Kevin and a Johnnie Walker brand - forward walking  man logo on both sides and a little bit down is his last name »Magnussen«  two times, first in silver color and then in dark red color. In front of Kevin Magnussen's helmet are two logos of McLaren's and his sponsors… technology partner - Mobil 1and corporate partner – Hugo Boss  . On the top of his helmet is his permanent race number 20 and a Mercedes-Benz logo - McLaren's engine partner. On the back of the  Magnussen's helmet is a logo of UffeDesigns - his helmet was disigned and painted by UffeDesigns On the back of the helmet there's also a logo of helmet supplier Arai.

Magnussen urged to stay grounded

As Kevin Magnussen described the thrill of a podium finish on his debut in Formula One, the man who hired him at McLaren interrupted. »Keep your feet on the ground,”« Ron Dennis warned the Dane, with a hint of a smile.

Magnussen, of course, is over the moon with his brilliant start to his Formula One career. He bettered Lewis Hamilton's record of finishing third when he made his debut in 2007.

The Dane said, »It was unbelievable really«. »The team have taken care of me so well and I am proud of the team. It does not feel real. It is so strange that this is happening. I have been dreaming about this for my whole life. I have now done my first F1 race, I was able to get on the podium and I did it with McLaren. It is my dream.«

Lewis Hamilton 2014 Helmet HD

A new helmet skin mod for Lewis Hamilton is ready for you to download. Hamilton's new 2014 helmet is painted in white color with red stripes on sides and a little bit of yellow color had stayed in comparison with his previous yellow colored helmet. In front of Lewis Hamilton's helmet stands his personal logo. On the both top sides there's a black »Monster Energy«  advertising. And on the top of the helmet is his permanent race number 44. Like most of the F1 drivers, the Mercedes star began his racing career in karting, and it’s from there that the Hamilton has picked his new number. Hamilton ran the number 44 when he won the cadet class of the British karting championship in 1995. On the back of the Lewis Hamilton's helmet there's a red and white »HAM« painted abrevation and the back of his helmet also features black script that reads  »Still I Rise«  - the title of Maya Angelou’s »Still I Rise« poem.

2014 Australian Grand Prix

Engine problems force Lewis Hamilton to retire from Australia GP after three laps.

Polesitter Lewis Hamilton was very slow away in his Mercedes and immediately lost places to Rosberg and Ricciardo, and by lap three it was over for the Englishman as he brought his F1 W05 into the pits to retire. It was subsequently revealed that his engine was misfiring on one cylinder - an explanation for his tardy getaway.

Pastor Maldonado 2014 Helmet HD

A new design of Pastor Maldonado's 2014 Lotus helmet skin mod for F1 2013 ™ by Codemasters is ready for you to download and install it in your game. Pastor Maldonado's new look helmet, with his new personal logo featuring his permanent race number 13. Pastor Maldonado has garnered a lot of respect as well, selecting the number 13 - long avoided in F1 circles due to misguided superstition.

Pastor Maldonado believes Lotus will have a car capable of competing with the top teams in Formula 1 despite their financial issues.

Lack of Lotus cash forced them to miss the first round of pre-season testing in Jerez and, when they did get the car on the track in Bahrain, it managed just 22 laps in the first two days of tests.

While things did improve when Maldonado got in the car for the final two days of Bahrain pre-season testing, the Renault-powered team are still someway off the likes of Mercedes-powered cars - McLaren, AMG Mercedes and Williams.

Maldonado, who jumped from Williams to Lotus this winter, is remaining positive, though, and claims they are making big strides forward in the car's development.

»We are getting better and better day after day, which is very positive. We were the quickest with the Renault and we did the most laps - so that's very positive,«.

»We are learning a lot and I am getting my confidence with the car. Communication with the team is very good and we are nearly arriving at where we want to be. For sure, we were expecting more laps, and we had some problems, but the important thing is that we have solved those problems and it was nice and clean today. So we are quite happy.«

Sergio Perez 2014 Force India Helmet

Here's a new Sergio Perez 2014 Force India helmet skin mod for a career mode.

Last Saturday the first of two testing weeks concluded in Bahrain. Even though ‘Checo’ Perez could not drive the VJM07 for mechanical reasons during the afternoon on Bahrain Day 4 test, the driver was very satisfied: 

»It’s a shame to lose the track time this afternoon, but I think we can feel quite positive about what we have learned this week. Every lap in the car gives us more information and we are always trying something new. I was not able to do the long runs we planned this afternoon so it’s important to do those next week. We also need to start pushing the performance and set-up work, which is not really an area we have focussed on that much yet.«

Sergio Perez completed a total 76 laps at Bahrain pre-season Test-One., enough to finish in the eleventh position of the timesheet.

Sahara Force India will continue working on the car, but it won’t be until this Thursday when the teams go back to the track to complete the last 4 testing days in advance of the Australia Grand Prix. <<source>>

Nico Rosberg 2014 Helmet

Nico Rosberg's 2014 helmet  for F1 2012 and F1 2013 ™ by Codemasters. Rosberg was carrying a largely matt black lid at the unveiling of Mercedes W05.  His new number was picked out in silver on the side, albeit in the Roman form »VI« as it conveniently mirrors 'N' for »Nico« on the other side.

Explaining his new helmet design and choice of number, he added: »I have completely changed my helmet design for the new season and, of course, I will have the number six on the nose of the car. My Dad wrote me an email in the winter saying it had been a lucky number for him when he became world champion (1982), but that didn't convince me. Then my fiancée said it was her lucky number, too, so that got me thinking a bit more. And then I remembered that I won a championship with this number back in 2002. Hopefully that will be the key to an easy season.«

Kimi Raikkonen 2014 Ferrari Helmet HD&DHD

Here's a new Kimi Raikkonen's 2014 Ferrari helmet skin mod F1 2013 by codemasters. Kimi Raikkonen has always carried a distinctive helmet theme or design since he began competing in Formula Renault and through Formula One. The tribal marking is commonly used on his website and marketing campaigns.

A good start to the season at Ferrari with Kimi Raikkonen and James Allison on the same wavelength at the end of the second of four days of testing in southern Spain.

By the end of his second and final day at Jerez, Raikkonen had managed to complete a total of 47 laps, the fastest in a time of 1:24.812. He continued the task of checking the car’s functionality as well as trying a few set-up changes.

He said, “Every time we go out on track we learn something new. This week the times don’t matter and the only thing that does is to do a good number of laps without any problems and fortunately, we have managed that on both days. The team is working hard and at the next test in Bahrain, we will continue to improve.”

BR Petrobras Williams-Mercedes Benz Team Pack, done in 3 sizes ( the 3 sizes - DHD, HD, SD only for  the car livery ).  The rest of the mod is in the same size. Car numbers are done according to 2014 ones, as well as Massa number one driver. Ingame name isn't changed so you can use this team pack online too.

Williams today debuted their Mercedes powered FW36 on track, a first time the wide public could see the car. The team however struggled with several eletrical issues and ended up running only a handful of laps on the first day at Jerez.

Valtteri Bottas, FW36-01 / PU106A Hybrid: It wasn't an ideal start to the day but the positive thing is that the team did a great job to fix the problems we found overnight and we got the car working well to complete a few laps this afternoon. The car matched my expectations on track with more torque. It feels like a very different car compared to last year in the way it handles as well as the power. After only a few laps we found a few things we can improve which is also good, so we need to start working on those things tomorrow.

Seb's 2013 German Grand Prix helmet in black red an gold colours for F1 2013 ™ by Codemasters. This design incorporates the colours of the German flag for Sebastian Vettel's  home Grand Prix. The combination of highly sparkling glimmer lacquer and matte black, makes for a striking contrast.

Romain Grosjean 2013 United States GP Helmet

Here's a new Romain Grosjean’s helmet skin mod like he was wearing at the United States Grand Prix. Helmet look almost real, but shame that the helmets can't get reflection levels like the cars in F1 2013 by codemasters (example; chrome, gloss etc ) so if it would be possible this helmet would be really realistic.

Grosjean’s helmet is a tribute to the late Steve McQueen, who was a famous American actor turned race car driver. Grosjean, has opted to honour actor Steve McQueen, of ‘The Great Escape’ and ‘Bullitt’ fame. McQueen was a keen motor racing enthusiast and also starred in the 1970 movie ‘Le Mans’, based on the classic 24 hour endurance race. The Lotus driver’s design is based on McQueen’s white overalls - with the red, white and blue stripes – that he donned in the ‘Le Mans’ film.

Here's a Felipe Massa’s helmet skin mod for F1 2013 ™ by Codemasters. A helmet like he was using at last weekend's Brazilian Grand Prix, for his home race and the last race of his time at Ferrari. The helmet  is red and entirely given over to his history with the Scuderia Ferrari. The special edition helmet, bears all the significant numbers of the Brazilian’s time in red: one year as a test driver, eight as a race driver, 139 races, eleven wins, fifteen pole positions and fourteen fastest laps.

Grosjean Senna Tribute Helmet HD&DHD

Here's a remaked senna tribute helmet from a previous helmet from 2012. U can use this helmet now for Romain Grosjean and you can also use this helmet for you career in helmet select menu (helmet #2) . Helmet is now tweaked into the Lotus colours and part sponsors of today.

Lotus Chairman Gerard Lopez says Kimi Raikkonen has helped Romain Grosjean's development

Lotus team Chairman Gerard Lopez has credited Kimi Raikkonen as playing a crucial role in Romain Grosjean's emergence as a frontunning Formula 1 driver.

The Frenchman has scored podium finishes in the last three races.

Raikkonen, who was himself sixth fastest, is leaving Lotus at the end of the season to rejoin Ferrari and Lopez admitted that they will miss the 2007 World Champion.

Citing the presence of "one of the best ever drivers in Formula 1" as motivation for the team to build the best possible car, Lopez also told the team's website that Raikkonen, who has won two races for Lotus since his comeback besides scoring a record-breaking string of points finishes, has fitted in well with the team.

Yet, according to Lopez, "the third thing he did is helped Romain to develop as a driver in a way he perhaps wouldn't have otherwise. Had Romain been next to a more junior driver, or a less capable driver, we probably would still not know how good Romain is. <<Read More>>
